03/18/2025I've only been using this supplement for a short time, but so far, so good. I actually do feel like it has helped with appetite control, especially when I take it after my evening meal. That seems to be when it works best for me, since late-night cravings are usually my biggest issue, so for that it seems quite effective. I like that it includes ingredients aimed at gut health and metabolic support, including Akkermansia, prebiotic fiber, and berberine. I haven't noticed any major issues taking it, and it has been easy to add into my routine. Obviously, this is not a magic pill, because wouldn't that be nice, but it does seem to help me feel a little more balanced and less snacky at night. It's still early, so I can't speak to long-term results yet, but I'm happy with it so far and plan to keep using it. Definitely recommend!

03/16/2025I've read a lot about akkermansia and have found somewhat better results with GLP-1 products that include it. In addition to the akkermansia, this has the regular case of characters that you'll see in other similar supplements - berberine, green tea extract, chromium, etc. Jusincase is a U.S. producer. The capsules are a bit on the larger side, but not difficult to swallow and I did not notice any unusual taste or aftertaste. The price is reasonable for a GLP-1 supplement that includes these ingredients.
